Required Information for Your Complaint
To help us process your request efficiently, your notification must include the following information:
- Signature – A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.
- Identification of the infringed IP – A clear description of the work or right you claim has been infringed, including any applicable registration number and country of registration.
- Identification of the infringing material – Sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material on our website or application, including its specific URL or location.
- For design rights – Clearly identify the design you believe has been infringed and provide the relevant registration number.
- For utility model rights – Identify the utility model claimed to be infringed and provide a court order or judgment supporting your claim.
- Your contact information – Your full company name (if applicable), affiliation, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement – A statement that you sincerely believe the use of the disputed material is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement – A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, and that you acknowledge liability for any false statements (including perjury penalties).
Actions We May Take
Upon receipt of a valid complaint, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
- Disable all links to the material;
- Notify the alleged infringer that we have removed or disabled access to the material;
- Terminate the accounts or access of repeat infringers, or take other measures as provided in our Terms of Use or applicable policies.
