Delivery and Pickup

Each order is insured during shipment until it is delivered or collected. Upon delivery, you (or the recipient) will be required to sign a confirmation of receipt. Once signed, responsibility for the goods passes to you. Returns

- Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, and packed in the original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please fill out the return form included with your order and send it back with the item. If you have lost the form, contact our customer service team to request a new one by email.
