5. Signing Instructions
- Upon delivery, please inspect the package immediately.

- Do not sign for the package before inspecting it. If the outer seal is broken or tampered with, you have the right to refuse delivery.
- If you are unavailable to receive the package, you may authorize another person to sign on your behalf. Please ensure they follow the same inspection steps.
- The carrier is only responsible for delivering to the address specified on the shipping label. Anyone at that address may accept delivery; we cannot guarantee delivery to a specific individual.
6. Order Modifications
For security reasons, once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made. Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
7. Stuck / Incomplete Orders
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information will be held by the carrier for up to 5 days. We will notify you by email. Please respond to the email or contact customer service within 5 days. If we receive no reply, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
